Our Story

Frigid Forage is the only wildlife seed company devoted to formulating food plot seed blends specifically for the parts of North America that experience real winter. Located in Northern Minnesota, we know what works in the cold forbidding climate that big whitetails call home.

At Frigid Forage, we can proudly say we offer only high quality food plot blends that are 100% seed. No coatings, no fillers, just 100% premium seed in every bag. Not every seed company can make that claim, just look at the label.

Our mission at Frigid Forage is to offer only high quality products and practical advice, providing hunters and landowners with the proper tools to become good land stewards. Anyone who has planted food plots knows that the seed they buy is only the beginning of creating a successful plot. Fertilizer, fuel, time, equipment, along with the seed, are all important factors.
