Refund policy

At Frigid Forage, we stand behind our products and want you to shop with confidence. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery.

Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging when possible. We cannot accept returns on final sale items, gift cards, or customized products.

After we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds will be sent back to your original payment method. Shipping charges are not refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

If you received a damaged or incorrect order, please contact us right away with your order details and photos, if available.
